You Are Your Own Medicine

A human development & wellbeing company

Leadership & wellbeing experiences for organizations that want depth, not another slide deck.

For Organizations

The Philosophy

I've spent much of my life curious about one thing: what makes people come alive?

I work at the intersection of human development, wellbeing and inner transformation.

I explored that question first through organizations, working with people, leaders, cultures and transformation.

Then life invited me to explore it much more personally.

Through change. Loss. Love. Spirituality. The body. Inner work. And the uncomfortable questions that arise when the life you've known begins to change.

Eventually, I realized I had been exploring the same question all along.

Message From the Founder

Zeynep Caliskan, Founder of You Are Your Own Medicine

Hi, I'm Zeynep.

My path here hasn't been linear.

I spent more than a decade working with people, leaders and organizations, most recently leading HR across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa.

Alongside that world, another journey was unfolding, one that took me deeper into the body, spirituality, healing, consciousness, love and the questions we don't always know how to answer.

Today, I don't see those as two separate worlds.

I work where they meet.

With individuals. With leaders. With organizations. With communities.

Sometimes through conversation. Sometimes through facilitation. Sometimes through sound, reflection, writing or simply creating enough space for something new to emerge.

I don't believe transformation needs to look one particular way.

I believe it begins when we become willing to meet ourselves honestly.
