5. The Inner Compass and Other Resources

When you provide your email address to access The Inner Compass or another resource, we may record:

Where receipt of a resource also includes communications from You Are Your Own Medicine, this will be communicated at the point of collection.

The website is built using Lovable and hosted through Lovable’s infrastructure.

Information submitted through website forms is currently stored through Lovable Cloud’s managed database infrastructure.

Third-party service providers may process limited personal information on behalf of You Are Your Own Medicine LLC for purposes such as:

• infrastructure;
• database storage;
• website security;
• communications; and

These providers may process information in jurisdictions outside the United Arab Emirates.

7. Google Fonts

The website currently uses Google Fonts.

Font files may be requested from Google’s servers when you visit the website. As part of this technical request, Google may receive information such as your IP address and user-agent information.

Google Fonts does not currently set cookies through this website.

8. Substack and Social Media

The website may contain links to external platforms, including Substack and Instagram.

Clicking an external link takes you to a third-party service whose privacy practices are governed by its own policies.

The Reflections section may retrieve publicly available information from the You Are Your Own Medicine Substack RSS feed server-side. Based on the website’s current technical configuration, this process does not cause a visitor’s browser to transmit visitor information directly to Substack simply by viewing the Reflections section.

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Limited browser storage may be used where necessary for website functionality.

For example, the website may remember that you previously requested The Inner Compass so that it does not repeatedly request the same information.
